2 Guards Returned Lost P200,000
Two security personnel of the Pampanga provincial government has returned the lost Php 200,000 they found inside a toilet at the capitol on Wednesday, October 28, 2020.
The owner, Reynaldo Carlos was tracked down by the two security personnel, Jason Jimenez and Kailo Enrile through the receipt they found in a white paper bag that contained the cash.
The guards found the paper bag during their regular inspection in the area. They immediately handed over the money to the Office of the Governor where the total amount was determined and secured.
The two said they returned the money because the governor instructed the capitol employees to be honest and hardworking.
Dennis Pineda said in a statement.
The two have been recommended for promotion.

He has remodeled a shower curtain to look like a sweater with closed sleeves that looked like arms. That way he will be able to hug his grandmom without skin to skin contact, nor even breath.

Good News: Covid 19 Treatment, Now Available by Doc Willie Ong
Remdesivir - Proven to Cure and Prevent COVID-19, Approved by US FDA by Doc Willie Ong

Good news po. Tunay po 'to hindi 'to fake news.
Ginawa 'to ng US National Institutes of Health, sila ang nag-gawa ng study...22 countries, 1 thousand plus pasyente.
Ibig sabihin, 4 days better. .05.
Magiging standard of care na 'to. Ibig sabihin basta pasyenteng may COVID, severe COVID nasa ospital, kailangan mong bigyan ng Remdesivir.
Pag Remdesivir, 11 days. At very significant sa 1 thousand plus. Mortality rate pagwalang Remdesivir 11.6%, ito 8% (Remdesivir) at 22 countries. U.S. I think 41 states at may 21 other countries sa Europe, sa Asia...at ang maganda dito, na-review siyang maigi. Mayroon pang Independent Data and Safety Monitoring Board.

7 Things to Do to Beat the Heat in the Midst of Lockdown
Let's beat the heat!
Summer really isn't over and the heat is still felt all throughout the Philippines. Despite the rain forecast and the approaching rainy season, the temperature is yet to go down. It's even harder since most parts of the Philippines are in lockdown due to the coronavirus. People are not allowed to go out to visit the mall and get some fresh, moist, and cold air.
But hey! The TGVO team is here to bring you some good vibes!
We've listed down 7 things that could help your body escape the burning heat of the sun. Let's beat the heat together!
-
Drink Plenty of Water
On a humid and hot place, our body tends to sweat a lot even if we don't do anything that can cause mild to severe dehydration. Drinking plenty of water even before you feel thirsty helps our body to recover the fluid that's lost through sweating, while it also helps to lower our body temperature.
-
Stay Cool
While drinking plenty of water lowers down our body temperature, staying cool by using a fan or air-conditioner also helps in keeping our temperature low enough for us to feel comfortable. Besides, it isn't only you who will benefit from using fans or air-conditioners but also the people who are stuck with you at home.
-
Take a Shower
We know that the heat makes some people lazy but come on man, taking a bath or a shower isn't a hard thing to do. Although the main purpose why people have to take a bath daily is to get us to germ-free and clean, it also helps our body temperature go down. Another benefit of taking a cold bath is it energizes our body.
- Wear a hat or bring an umbrella when going outside
Being stuck at home without a fan or air-conditioner already makes us feel really hot. What more if we go outside without any protection? Using a hat and/or umbrella while walking under the heat of the sun helps to block the sun'ss rays. When using an umbrella, choose the one that is double coated and dark in color. The black one is the best as it absorbs most of the sun's rays. Isn't it great that umbrellas are used not only during the rainy season?
- Avoid soda or caffeinated drinks
According to a post on CBS Detroit, drinking soda or caffeinated drinks on a hot summer day is not advisable as it may trigger serious health problems. If you are someone with heart disease or respiratory problems, drinking soda is not good for you. Most of these drinks have multiple types of diuretics in them which cause you to lose a significant amount of water. Drinking a lot of water is still top of the list.
- Wear lightweight clothes
When choosing something to wear on a hot summer day, choose those that are light weighted and light in color. The best option is to wear something that's made of wool, cotton, and linen. Clothes that are pastel in color or those that are in the lighter end of the spectrum like beige, white, and gray are also the best as those absorb less sunray/heat than the dark ones.
- Eat cold foods like fruits and salad
Fruits don't just offer vitamins and minerals but also a source of water. The best example is watermelon, cantaloupe, melon, strawberry, and more. A cucumber that's mostly used in salads, on the other hand, has a cooling effect and cooling properties that do not just refreshes our body, but also good for the skin.
